How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery will be processed once the book has been published (after 17 November 2021)

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive notification of the book having been shipped within 3 days of shipping. If available, you will also receive a notification with your tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Deliveries within the Netherlands take 2-4 working days, according to POST NL delivery policies and schedules.

How can I cancel my order?

Please note, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Purchased books cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Only in case of pre-existing damage can you request a replacement (via the contact form on the website) within 14 days of delivery. If damage has been established to be pre-existing delivery, and your request has been accepted, you will receive a replacement at no charge. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacements
Once the damage has been established and deemed pre-existing delivery, we will inform you of further steps. You may be requested to provide images or other proof of damage.
